Controller

The data controller is ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Piotrkowska 152/30, 90-063 Łódź, Poland, KRS 0001190915, NIP 7252358503, REGON 542545843, email: hi@zordonintelligence.pl.

The mobile app “PUT THE COOKIE DOWN!” / “PRZESTAŃ ŻREĆ!” (bundle ID com.zordon.przestanzrec) is local-first: by default it does not create a user account and does not sync data to our servers.

What the app processes

The app runs on your iPhone. Preferences (language, Brutal/Polite mode, kitchen hours, streak/craving history) are stored on-device (including UserDefaults / App Group for widgets).

We do not collect analytics, advertising, or tracking data. Privacy Nutrition Label: Data Not Collected.

Optional local notifications (iOS opt-in) may remind you about the protocol or streak — notification content is not sent to us.

Live Activities / widgets show local craving-fight state on the Lock Screen — without sending data off-device.

If in-app purchases (StoreKit) are offered, Apple processes payments. We do not receive your card number. PRO entitlement may be verified locally via StoreKit 2.

What the app does not do

No registration or account required.

No sync of craving history to Zordon Intelligence cloud.

No HealthKit integration in the current version.

We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — where we process your data (e.g. email correspondence).

App data can be removed by deleting the app or clearing app data in iOS Settings.
